NdFeB Magnet Manufacturer

Neodymium Magnets

About NdFeB Magnets

Referred to as the third generation of rare earth magnets, sintered NdFeb magnets are the strongest and most advanced permanent magnets available in todays market. Created from a combination of Neodymium, one of the most plentiful rare-earth elements, and iron which is inexpensive, NdFeB magnets offer clients with a more cost-effective solution than most other magnets.

NdFeB magnets can be manufactured using two methods; sintering and bonding. Sintered NdFeB magnets offer the highest magnetic properties (33 MGOe to 51 MGOe) while Bonded NdFeB magnets provide lower energy properties. Sintered NdFeB magnets have a variety of uses throughout a wide range of industries, including: door catches, motors, generators and heavy machinery components.

Chemical Composition Nd2Fe14B

Neodymium magnets are hard, brittle and easily corrode.

Moderate Temperature Stability

Neodymium magnets lose -0.09 ~ -0.13% of

Br/ยฐC. Their working stability is under 80ยฐC for low Hci Neodymium magnets and above 200ยฐC for high Hci Neodymium magnets.

Excellent Strength Value

The highest (BH)max reaches up to 51MGOe.

Advanced
Technology

The choice of Strip casting and HDDR technology in our factory allows us to make high performance NdFeB over N52 possible.

Extremely Resistance to Demagnetization with Hci

The intrinsic coercive force is over 30,000 Oe.

Effective Surface Treatment to
Prevent Corrosion

Surface treatments have been developed that allow them to be used in most applications. The treatments include gold, nickel, zinc and tin plating and epoxy resin coating.
