What is the maximum operating temperature?

This represents the maximum temperature that a certain grade of magnet can work at before becoming permanently damaged and demagnetised. As long as the maximum operating temperature isn’t exceeded, the magnet can fully recover and won’t be weakened or damaged. Exceeding the maximum operating temperature will result in losses which cannot be recovered and will demagnetise part of the magnet.
